Every engagement is scoped individually. We don't publish a price list because every operation is different: size, product complexity, number of lines, certification goals, and existing food safety maturity all factor in. After a 20-minute discovery call, we build a custom proposal that bundles software, consulting, and training into a single price. No hidden fees, no per-user charges, no surprise add-ons.
It depends on the scope. A single facility getting certified for the first time is a different engagement than a 10-site operation centralizing compliance. What we can tell you: every customer gets unlimited users, all modules, Edition 10 templates, onboarding, training, and platform updates included. The discovery call gives us enough to build an accurate proposal, usually within 48 hours.
That's fine. Many facilities come to us with an existing consultant relationship. You can use Beacon as a standalone platform and keep your current consultant, or move to our integrated model where software and consulting come from one team. We'll help you find the right arrangement on the discovery call. There's no pressure to switch.
