Questions about the consultation.

Everything you need to know before you book.

No. It is a working conversation with a food safety practitioner about your facility and your program. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you toward something that is.

Plan on 20 minutes. We book a 30-minute slot so there is room for your questions, and we will not keep you longer than what is useful. If it is worth going deeper, we schedule a longer working session at a separate time.

Nothing formal. It helps to have a rough sense of your facility size, your certification or certification goal, and the parts of your program that keep you up at night. Bring your specific questions and we will make sure they get answered.

No. We work across SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and FDA and FSMA programs, in more than 30 food sectors. First-time certification or recertification, mock audit or full program build, the engagement is scoped to where you actually are.

No. The consulting stands on its own. The programs we build are designed to live in Beacon, so most facilities keep using it to run the program day to day after we leave, but that is your call, not a condition.
