Audit-ready operations for food businesses.
The Beacon platform, expert consulting, and accredited training, from one company. No more running food safety on paper.
More than software.
The software is half the job. The other half is a team that has sat on both sides of the audit table: certified SQF lead auditors who build your program with you, run full mock audits, and deliver IHA-accredited training.
Build your program with experts who've done it
From first certification to Edition 10, certified SQF lead auditors and HACCP instructors build your program with you, inside Beacon, not on paper.
Walk into your audit already prepared
A full mock audit, same scope and rigor as the real one, surfaces every gap before the auditor does. Audit day becomes a confirmation, not a surprise.
Train the team that runs it every day
IHA-accredited HACCP courses and on-site sessions build the internal expertise to keep your program audit-ready long after certification.
What kind of operation do you run?
Trace any lot in seconds. Run the audit from your desk.
Production, quality, documents, and supplier records live on one append-only system that stays audit-ready every day, not just audit week.
Audit-ready on every shift, across every unit.
Your team runs daily checks, logs photo evidence, and files incidents from the floor.
Every customer walled off. One platform to run them all.
Switch between customers in a click, with their SOPs, audits, and records scoped to each one.
Your system should catch the problem before it becomes one.
Beacon surfaces the right issues to the right people before a small problem becomes a recall, a complaint, or a health incident. Every deviation has an owner. Every corrective action has a deadline. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Watch Beacon AI work.
Beacon's AI doesn't just answer questions. It drafts CAPAs, flags deviations, classifies audit findings, and checks your SOPs for conflicts. Every action it takes is logged to an append-only evidence trail you can cite in an audit.
Built for Edition 10 from day one.
Not patched in. Built in. Beacon is built around the published Edition 10 Code, so the templates, records, and review workflows the transition needs are already there.
Edition 10 is a structural update, not a refresh. These are the five changes that take real work.

What Edition 10 adds
5 changes
Food Safety Culture
Explicit and auditable, with the longest lead time of any change.
Risk-Based EMP
Hazard-justified sampling, with trend analysis that catches patterns early.
Change Management
A new formal clause: significant changes get documented, impact-assessed, and verified.
Core-Clause Scoring
Core findings hit harder: a Core Minor deducts 2 points, a Core Major deducts 7.
Cybersecurity in Food Defense
Connected systems that touch food safety need a documented threat assessment.

Questions we hear from food safety professionals.
Answers backed by 49 years and 7,500+ audits inside food operations. Not generic marketing copy.
Typically 4 to 12 months depending on your facility's complexity and where your current food safety program stands. A facility with a mature HACCP program and existing documentation can move faster. A multi-line operation starting from scratch will need more time for documentation, training, and implementation. We scope your specific timeline during the discovery call.
That is one of our core services. We take facilities from zero to audit-ready, including HACCP plan development, SQF program documentation, prerequisite programs, employee training, and mock audits. You do not need any existing certification to get started.
SQF Edition 10 was published on March 2, 2026. SQFI currently expects Edition 10 audits to begin January 2, 2027, subject to GFSI benchmarking. Edition 10 adds explicit food safety culture requirements, a dedicated change management clause, stronger environmental monitoring expectations, updated core-clause scoring, and cybersecurity requirements within the food defense plan. Beacon's templates, records, and review tools carry the culture, change management, and monitoring requirements, and its readiness insights weigh the core clauses the way Edition 10 does; the cybersecurity assessment is scoped with the SystemPath consulting team.
You can use Beacon on its own if you have experienced food safety professionals on staff. Many of the facilities we work with use both. The platform handles day-to-day management while consulting supports certification, audits, and major transitions like Edition 10. We help you figure out the right combination during the discovery call.
Beacon keeps your documentation audit-ready year-round. Version-controlled documents, complete corrective action trails, electronic signatures, and organized records mean everything the auditor asks for is already in the system. No scrambling, no backfilling, no chasing down signatures the week before.
Beacon is food safety software built by operators, and it comes with the consulting and training to stand your program up and keep it running. Most competitors sell you software and leave you to figure out compliance on your own, or sell you consulting with no technology to sustain it. SystemPath gives you both, built by a team that runs a food manufacturing facility every day.
That is exactly who we built this for. Most facilities we work with are migrating from paper-based programs. Implementation is scoped to make the transition manageable. We handle platform configuration, document migration, and user training so you are not left to figure it out alone.
Yes. Multi-facility management is built in with facility-level dashboards, consolidated reporting, and role-based access controls. You can manage every location from a single platform while maintaining separate documentation and compliance records for each site.
We'll tell you straight. On the discovery call, if your operation would be better served by a different tool or a larger enterprise suite, we'll say so. Beacon fits food manufacturers, restaurants, and co-packers that want one system, unlimited users, and a program that stays audit-ready, without per-seat pricing or a year-long rollout. If that's not you, we'd rather point you elsewhere than sell you the wrong thing.
